We were very happy with our stay. The condo and location are quiet and relaxing. We had no issues with the A/C unit—since it’s in the bedroom, we simply kept the fan on at night to avoid the cycling on and off. You do hear the fan, but it wasn’t a problem for us.The bed is on the firmer side, which we found very comfortable. The unit is well stocked with cookware and toiletries (shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and washer pods). You will need to bring your own shower soap. Beach towels, an umbrella, and beach chairs were a great bonus—we even used the chairs for the Sunday concerts in Cambier Park, which is just up Park St.We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. We had our own bikes, and the ride to the beach was under 5 minutes. Every beach access has bike racks, which was super convenient.We used the grill several times; just note that you’ll need to buy a lighter (the igniter didn’t work) and a grill spatula.Rental support was great—quick responses every time I texted with a question.The unit has two smart TVs, but I couldn’t find local news or basic cable. Maybe a generational thing, but that was my one disappointment.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Overall I had a very good stay.We come to Naples every summer for over the 20 years, so we know our way around.The condo is spacious and well appointed. Beach is 12 mins walk away.However, No food items (like you can usually find at Airbnb), like cooking oil, coffee, sugar, basic spices. Also no shampoo and body wash.Not a problem - a supermarket is very close.A couple of notes:AC in the Unit is very loud plus AC in the unit next door is even worse. During the day - it does not matter. At night I had to turn AC in the Unit off.Mattress (and I understand it is a personal preference) is very firm. Not for side sleepers for sure.Just keep this in mind.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was just as described. We even extended our stay and management was beyond helpful. Location is 5 min walk to a great beach and the same distance to superb restaurants and shopping.
