Vety disappointing experience — not recommended Positive: Nothing Negative: We booked this property for our family with four children. Check-in was from 15:00, and within 13 minutes of entering the property (15:13) we reported serious issues: damaged and unsafe furnishings, items burned by cigarettes, and a strong unpleasant smell. This was absolutely unsuitable for a family with children. The host replied more than 1.5 hours later (16:49) offering to move us to another property further away, but by then our trust in the accommodation was gone. We declined and requested a refund, which was refused, even though the complaint was made immediately after check-in. Additionally, the room contained a printed list of “house rules” with unreasonable demands for guests — such as taking out all trash, washing and wiping dishes, putting them away, tuning the TV back to original channels, not changing any settings, stripping the beds, and more. These requirements are far beyond what is acceptable for paid accommodation. .
