Sorrento Cabana, 1BR/1BA Close to Vanderbilt Beach

Fine except for the roach Positive: Great location Negative: The big ass cockroach I saw turning on the light the 2nd night. Killed it and flushed it. Not impressed 🙁🙁🙁

Could have been better if price was right. Could have gone elsewhere cheaper. Was not worth $1,045. Positive: Breakfast was not included so cannot rate that. Location was so so. Room was small. A dresser would have been nice. Code to get in room was easy to remember. Room was clean. Pool was not available if someone in main house. Room was clean .water temperature did not get hot, took a while to get somewhat warm. Negative: Ad for room was $503 for 7 nights. Billed for $1,045.77. Thought maybe for deposit, not. Emailed Naples Vacation Homes, no answer. Called Booking.com Customer Service, got hung up on. Security check was inconvenient and not accessible. We are Deaf. Took care of trash and toilet paper. Ran out. Thermostat battery died. Room was 58 degrees when arrived. Got cleaning lady to put in new battery for Thermostat. No trash bags or toilet paper. Got our own.
